I am so excited to begin offering a class on memory journaling as an alternative to memory planners, bullet journals and project life.
You may ask, What is a “memory journal”?
A memory journal is a collection of your memories. Those memories can be of everyday life (which is what I am doing now), travel adventure, special occasions, tribute journals to those we have lost, or a daily journal for your thoughts. There is no right or wrong way to do a memory journal, but I’m here to give you some ideas, kits, and guidance as you begin (or continue) this journey.
Join me as I flip through my January memory journal and discuss various techniques and ways to create a memory journal.
You can also watch on our Youtube channel. Don’t forget to subscribe so you are notified of future videos.
