Today, I will be sharing a travel scrapbook page with you on Throwback Thursday.  Who does not love to capture their travel memories? Throwback Thursday is our weekly post showing past layouts and giving tips and techniques to capture your memories.

The following travel scrapbook page features a great TRAVEL COLLECTION called Are We There Yet? from Close To My Heart.  There are still a few products from this line available in my online shop.

This layout is a double page scrapbook layout and focuses on our 2007 road trip travels of the Peloponnese peninsula of Greece. I included 3 photos plus a memorabilia item which was the business card of where we stayed in Momenvasia.

TECHNIQUE TIP: Inks – Use ink on the edges of your pieces of layout (paper, stickers, etc) to create more depth and interest in your layout without adding a lot of bulk and additional layouts.

JOURNALING: We drove from Nafplio to Momenvasia on the southeast coast. Momenvasia was an amazing walled medieval city and we explored it for the rest of the evening. The upper city was a vast area of ruins with the exception of the Church of Agia Sofia which was actually still in use.

Here are closeups of both pages:
